A

-Far 91.203 = Airworthiness cert (displayed, non expiring), registration (7 years)
-Far 91.9 = operating limitations (+weight and balance) in the flight manual, markings, placards… (ie= fuel, compass deviation card, oil placard, ect.)

A

AC 120-12A
When a pilot “holds itself out” to the public with a willingness to transport persons or property from place to place for compensation.
- If you are flying private flights for the purpose of money, you would likely need an air- carrier certificate
