What are the Commercial Pilot Privileges and Limitations
-Far 61.133
You may act as PIC carrying persons or property for compensation or hire provided you qualify and are in compliance with operation.
If you don’t hold an instrument rating you can’t carry passengers over 50 miles cross country or at night.

Far 61.57 = Recent flight experience, 6HITS, IPC,

PIC Responsibility
Far 91.3 = Directly responsible for and final authority to the operation of the aircraft.
In an emergency, may deviate from any rule to meet the needs of the emergency but may be requested to submit a written report to the administrator.
What aircraft documents are you required to have?
-Far 91.203 = Airworthiness cert (displayed, non expiring), registration (7 years)
-Far 91.9 = operating limitations (+weight and balance) in the flight manual, markings, placards… (ie= fuel, compass deviation card, oil placard, ect.)
