A

-day-to-day MANAGEMENT of the PARTNERSHIP between family and Police.

-Primarily an INVESTIGATOR and NOT a SUPPORT person.

-Must offer, facilitate and co-ordinate SUPPORT that addresses the family’s NEEDS.

Before meeting the family, FLO must…(7)

-FAMILIARISE themselves with the ENQUIRY.
