Polypharmacy
Hypoglycaemia
Dementia
Delirium
Depression
Fear or falling 
Visual or hearing impairment
Incontinence

What investigations should be considered after a fall?

A

Bloods - FBC, B12, glucose, HbA1c, TFTs, U+Es
ECG
EEG
Imaging - CT head, ECHO, x-ray of possible fractured bones
Lying / standing BP
Screen for infection
Testing of visual, hearing and vestibular function
DEXA scan
