What are they?

A

Frontalis -> elevates eyebrows

Occipitalis

Orbicularis Oris-> closes the mouth and lips

Orbicularis oculi -> closes eye lids

Buccinator -> compresses cheeks

Platysma -> tenses there fascia on ant and lateral neck and upper chest eg snarling

Zygomaticus major

Depressor Labii inferioris

Levator Labii superioris - elevation of upper lip

Depressor Anguli oris - depression of mouth

Levator anguli oris

A

Trigemnail nerve three divisions

Opothalmic V1-> exits superior orbital fissure in medial cranial

(head to upper lip)
Maxillary V2 -> foramen rotundum in middle cranial fossa
(Lip to borrow of mandible)
mandibular V3 -> exits foramen ovale in middle cranial fossa
