which spaces each of the openings of the pharynx leads into.

Checking mode
The choanae are openings between the cavity (anteriorly) and the nasopharynx (posteriorly).

The fauces is an opening between the cavity (anteriorly) and the oropharynx (posteriorly).

The aditus, also known as the laryngeal inlet, is an opening between the larynx (anteriorly) and the laryngopharynx* (posteriorly).
