Q

How do you calibrate an eyepiece graticule?

A
  • PIace micrometer on stage + focus
    microscope
  • line up micrometer with eyepiece
    graticule
-find scale e.g 50 eyepiece graticule =1mm so
    1 eyepiece graticule = 1/50
