What are the symptoms of Acute Narrow Angle Glaucoma?

A
  • Sudden onset of pain and blurred vision
  • Hyperemia
  • Corneal cloudiness
  • Pupillary dilation with sluggish or absent light response
  • Increased IOP

Risk factors: family hx, hyperopia (short eye), advancing age, female, Asian or Inuit, meds (mydriatic agents, and others)
