anti-Ro = SJOGREN’S (70%), SLE, Congenital heart block

anti-La = Sjogrens (30%)

anti-Jo = Polymyositis

anti-Mi-2 = Dermatomyositis - highly specific but only seen in 25%

anti-scl-70 = Diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis

anti-centromere = Limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis
