TRP+ DNA/Trp- cells and AcDNA and trp- cells: Will grow because the trp- cell should be able to do transformation
PsDNA/Trp- cells- no growth, transformation is genus specific
Trp+ DNA/DNase/trp– no growth bc all DNA should be killed by DNASE, therefore no transformation possible.
