A

ODD (oppositional defiant disorder)- pattern of negativistic, angry/irritable, vindictiveness, argumentative/defiant behavior. Lasts 6 Months by at least 4 of these symptoms during an interaction with at least one individual who isn’t a sibling.

Define CD

A

CD (conduct disorder)- repetitive and persistent pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others and the major age-appropriate societal norms or rule are violated, as manifested by the presence of 3 or more of the following criteria in the past 12 months, with at least one in the past 6 months: aggression toward people/animals, destruction of property, serious rule violations, and deceitfulness/ theft.

A

Early childhood (poor parental monitoring and discipline)–> (child conduct problems)–> Middle Childhood (rejection by normal peers and academic difficulties)–>(commitment to deviant peer group) —> Late childhood and adolescence (delinquency)
