A
  1. objective & unbiased
  2. distance self away (3rd pov) (“they”/”them” for target grp)
  3. don’t “things”/”stuff” (don’t be vague, do use spec vocab)

Do:
explicit
rephrasing & elaborating
*after planning (relevant, succinct, direct, thorough, practical & realistic) & step back to review
vocab & synonyms
sentence structure rephrase for clarity & formality
depth explain evidence
