Mood stabliser, unknown how works
Lithium - taking
Tablet OD, same time, do not stop suddenly
If miss dose skip
Lithium - monitoring
Bloods 12h after dose and 1w then every 3m

Thirst, toilet more, tremor
Lithium - toxic
Drowsy, visual disturbance, confusion
Methotrexate - what is
Disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug, combats inflammation
Methotrexate - take
Once weekly injections with folic acid once weekly on another day
Methotrexate - monitoring
Bloods start, 2 weekly until stable then less frequent

Hairloss
Headache
Upset tummy
Methotrexate - severe
Infection, toxic to liver, damage lungs
Stop 6 months before baby
Metformin - what is
Makes body more sensitive to insulin
Metformin - take
Tablet OD before breakfast

Acidic blood if kidney or liver disease

Attend review appointments
SSRI - work
Stops body absorbing serotonin

Serotonin syndrome - confusion, agitation, sweating, diarrhoea

Thins blood
Warfarin - take
Same time each day
Skip any missed doses and inform at review
Warfarin - monitoring
INR - time for blood to clot
Every 3-4d until 2 correct, then 2x/week until 2 correct then longer

Rashes
Bruising
Hairloss

Jaundice, painful skin
Severe bleeding - nosebleed >10m, anus, urine, mouth
