Q

Explain how agility impacts performance

A

Having good agility has a positive impact on your performnace in touch rugby beacuse when you have got the ball and you are trying to get to the other side to score you need to be able to move in different directions to get past you apponent. This means if you can get past them then you are able to score and help your team gain points

Q

Explain how social factors impact training

A
  1. Poor communication can negatively impact passing in training, if you dont talk to the reciever of the ball the wont be ready and will not control the ball, the drill will break down constantly and we will not have enough time to work on improving the passing and moving skills
  2. Poor team dynamics can negatively impact training by causing one person to get a hard time, if the team arent working well with one person in their team, that person isnt going to be motivated to try, the team will have one less person taking part whivh will affect their game, also that person not taking part isnt getting time to improve their skills.
