Describe the Resistivity experiment
A
Circuit set up involving switch, cell, ammeter, resistance wire (connected with croc clips) and voltmeter across wire
Current is measured as well as voltage across different lengths of wire.
Resistance is calculated using V = IR (at least 2x per length)
Graph of R against l is plotted
Diameter of wire measured using micrometer screw gauge to find A = pi d^2 / 4
Calculate Resistivity using R = pl /A
