Barbell Bicep Curl
Hold BB/EZ bar in underhand grip just inside shoulder width.
Keep elbows tucked at sides
Brace abs chest up
Curl by flexing elbow joint with head and wrists straight
Control return to starting position
Cable Single bicep curl - isolated - fx
Grasp bar with underhand grip, keeping elbows tucked at ribs and brace.
Keep chest up, shoulders back and down.
Curl by flexing at elbow joint , head up wrists straight
DB Bicep Curl - isolated - free weight
Grasp DBS underhand, elbows tucked at ribs braced abs chest up shoulders back and down.
Flex at elbow joint
Control to start
Alternating bicep curl - FW - isolated
Underhand/neutral grip
Curl one weight up at a time flexing at elbow joint
Return under control
Bicep body row - compound - BW
Grasp bar with UH grip, lower so body is hanging under bar with legs out
Core braced neutral spine pull up so chest is touching bar
Lower to full extension under control
Bicep Curl Machine - isolated - FX
Seated, grasp handles with bar UH triceps flat on pad
Curl up flexing at elbow joint
Return under control
