Tricep dips - compound - bodyweight
Place hands on bench/parallel bars and lift so your arm are fully extended
Torso is straight
Pinch elbows in at sides, keep body upright and lower down to bend your elbows
At the bottom focus on pushing through triceps and push back to start position
Assisted Tricep Dip
Adjust weight using pin - counterbalance weight
Place hands on grips of p bars so arms are fully extended
Keeping elbows tucked in, lower body and bend elbows
Push up through triceps to start position
Lying tricep extension - free weight - isolated
Lay in supine on bench hold db directly over shoulders
Arms vertical palms facing each other
Lower DB to forehead bending at elbow
Extend arms but do not lock out. Use spotter if heavy
Seated tricep extension - isolated - fixed
Adjust seat height do handles are in line with shoulders
Arms vertical palms facing one another push handles down
Extend arms fully but don’t lock elbows
Close grip tricep extension- compound - free weight
Lay in supine on bench grasp bar bell shoulder width
Lower BB under control keeping elbows narrow and tucked
BB should gently touch chest before pressing g up
Seated Tricep Push Down
Seated grasp handles with wrists straight elbows tucked
Press down extending elbow joint
Return
Tricep push down compound fixed resistance
Grasp bar rope with overhand grip elbows tucked, braced abs chest up shoulders back and down
Press straight down fully extending elbows
Return to start
