Generalized Anxiety Disorder
fear being lost from their family and fear something bad happening to a loved one. Inappropriate of excessive worry about being apart from people to whom they are attached, may refuse to sleep alone, and may refuse to go to school. Symptoms must last for atleast 4 weeks to be considered a disorder. commonly occurs in children 7-9.

Separation anxiety disorder
characterized by sudden attacks of terror, sometimes accompanied by a pounding heart, sweating, fainting, or dizziness. An individual will feel flushed or chilled, hands will tingle or become numb, and may experience nausea, chest pain, and a sense of breathlessness, in addition to a sense of unreality, a fear of impending death, and a terror of losing control. An attack last around 10 minutes. Twice as common in women than men

experience intense, persistent fear or anxiety associated with a particular object or situation, called a stressor, and tend to avoid that stressor at all costs. may exhibit and external locus of control. There are three subtypes: specific, agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder.

characterized by anxiety associated with two or more of the following situations; being in enclosed spaces, being in open spaces, using public transportation, being in a crowd or standing in a line of people, or being alone outside the home environment.
Agoraphobia
intense or extreme fear with regard to a particular object or situation such as spiders, snakes, flying or heights.

characterized by pervasive, extreme fear of one of more social situations that may lead to scrutiny by others.
