The president can only serve 2 terms, made after Franklin Roosevelt got elected 4 times 22-TWO TERMS

25th amendment

A

If the president dies and the Vice president gets sworn in and it is less than two years then it doesn’t count as a term but if it is for more then two years then it does count. Technically making it so you can serve 10 years
