and around the neck.
other features = Scratching can produce excoriations, and repeated rubbing produces skin thickening (lichenification) with exaggerated skin markings

First line - common sense - avoid trigger, modify RFs such as diet, emollients, bath oil/soap substitute etc.. if persist add in 
Topical therapies: 
– steroids
– immunomodulators
■ Adjunct therapies:
– oral antibiotics
– sedating antihistamines
– bandaging
■ Phototherapy/systemic therapy (for severe cases)
