  • Max= established, doing a puzzle in the newspaper, in his own dream, people arguing looks at post card picture, clean cab driver, speaks spanish, ambitious having a limo dream but not living up to it, cares about the people he works for when he offers the best route for the customers
  • Vincent = Grey man, very serious through his dialogue, means business and doesn’t like anyone messing with his work because when Max ran away with his briefcase he yelled in his ear “You are now messing with my work”. Very talented through his killing.
  • Annie = on phone business lady, pre occupied about her case as she states to max
  • Max + Annie= Max guesses she is a lawyer, Annie opens up to Max in the cab, they become close and they have a little bet with each other, their relation = close. Max calls Annie informing her that she is about to get killed, max saves her from Vincent the skilled killer.
  • Max + Vincent = Max picks up Vincent, they have a close conversation and they bond judging of the shot theory, Max works for Vincent all night. Vincent holds the same respect for Max throughout the night with the acceptation of the time Max threw his briefcase off a bridge, however Max changes. Max is scared of Vincent when he finds out that Vincent is a killer, Max gets annoyed at Vincent for luring him into this scenario, and remains annoyed at Vincent for the night. “because you’re good, we’re in this together.”
  • Detective Fanning believes Max is innocent, thinks for the people not himself

  • The storyline of Annie, connects at the end of the film. established at the start being a lawyer and having a big case, later on in the film we realise Vincent is killing people apart of the big case. to then realise at the end of the film annie is on Vins hit list
  • The storyline of detective Fanning, connects mid-end. After the first hit, Fanning goes to see the person that got killed, that is when he follows the Vincent case and eventually crossing paths at the night club.
