This can be caused by calcification, it is common in babies of mothers who smoke or growth restricted babies.

true knots. there are also false knots, but these do not restrict flow to baby

30 minutes and longer
Give three reasons for a retained placenta
placenta has separated but is trapped, the placenta has not separated, or the cord has snapped.

over 500ml
What is considered to be a PPH in a caesarean delivery?
over 1000ml
