Failing the NAPLEX and MPJE

A
  • If an applicant fails the either the NAPLEX or MPJE and wants to retake, they must complete a new application
  • If the applicant fails after 2 sittings, they must appear before the board and receive permission
  • Maximum of 5 attempts for the NAPLEX and MPJE
  • Any misrepresenation/fraud in the application is sufficient for refusal of license or revocation of license
