Origin: Bottom 6th Thoracic Vertebrae, All Lumbar Vertebrae, Sacrum, Illiac Crest , Last 6 ribs.
Insertion: Anterior Surface of Humerus Just below the head
Rectus Abdomis
Origin: Lower Anterior Pubis
Insertion: 5th, 6th, 7th ribs, Bottom of Sternum
External Obliques
Origin: Lower / medial ribs Anterior Upper Pelvis
Insertion: Lateral to Rectus A
Internal Obliques
Origin: Top of the Pelvis
Insertion: Bottom 3 ribs
Scapula Movement
3 sets of movement: Elevation, Depression, Protaction, Retraction, Upward Rotation, Downward Rotation
Levator Scapula
Origin: 1st and 4th Cervical Vertebrae
Insertion: Medial Angle of Scapula
Rhomboids
Origin: Lowest 7th Cervical Vertebrae 1st and 5th Thoracic Vertebra
Insertion: Medial Angle
Serratus Anterior
Origin: Lateral Surface of 1st 9 ribs
Insertion: Inferior Angle of Scapula, Anterior Surface of the Verterbral
Trapezius (upper) Origin and Insertion
Origin: Occitipal protrobrenece, Neck Vertebrae
Insertion: Lateral Anterior Surface of the clavicle, Eccromen 1/3 Process
Trapezius (middle) Origin and Insertion
Origin: 1st and 5th Thoracic Vertebrae
Insertion: Posterior
Trapezius (lower) Origin and Insertion
Origin: Bottom 7th Thoracic Vertebrae
Insertion: Medial 1/3 of Scapula Spine
