Anorexia Nervosa
A persistent energy intake restriction combined with an intense fear of gaining weight and a disturbance in self-perceived weight or shape
Bulimia Nervosa
recurrent episodes of binge eating combined with inappropriate compensatory behaviors to prevent weight gain, and self-evaluation that is overly influenced by body weight and/or shape
Binge-eating disorder
Marked by eating in an amount of time an amount of food that is markedly larger than most people would eat in a similar time period under similar circumstances
Purging disorder
Recurrent behaviors such as vomiting or misusing laxatives in attempt to influence weight or shape in the absence of an eating spree
