A

1 allow for planning + prioritizing

② set goals + priorities - do highest priority 1st + develop action plans for solution + get big tasks items done 1st

③ reprioritize based on new tasks.

④ avoid priority traps

  • don’t respond to things in the order they happen
  • don’t take the easiest path
  • dont respond to most vocal person 1st
  • dont wait till inspired to do stuff
  • don’t manage by default t do-tasks just because no one else wants to
