Nerve- Facial
Skeletal- stapes, styoid process, upper 1/2 of body and lesser horns of hyoid
Ligament- stylohyoid ligament
Muscles- 1) muscles of facial expression, 2) stylohyoid, 3) posterior belly of the digastric, 4) stapedius
First Branchial Arch
Nerve- Trigeminal
Skeletal- malleus, incus
Ligaments- Anterior Ligament of the Malleus, Sphenomandibular Ligament
Muscles- 1) muscles of mastication, 2) mylohyoid, 3) tensor palati, 4) tensor tympani, 5) anterior belly of the digastric
Third Branchial Arch
Nerve- Glossopharyngeal
Skeletal- Lower 1/2 body and greater horns of hyoid
Muscle- Stylopharengeous
Fourth Branchial Arch
Skeletal- cartilage of the larynx
Muscles- 1) all muscles of Larynx, 2) all muscles of the pharynx (except stylopharengeus), 3) all muscles of the palate (except tensor palati)
Sixth Branchial Arch
Muscles- trapezius and sternocleidomastoid
