Procedures for Biuret Test
Take 3 dry and clean test tubes
Add 1 or 2 mL of test solution
Add biuret reagent
Shake and let stand for 5 mins

Procedures for ninhydrin test
Prepare solution with 0.2g in 10 mL water
Add 3 drops of 1% solution of ninhydrin, and 1mL of ethanol then heat for 5 mins to boiling water bath
Positive result for Biuret Test
Blue/Purple

Red, Blue or Purple
