Flexor digitorum superficialis
O: - medial epicondyle of humerus - coronoid process of ulna - radius I: sides of middle phalanges of digits 2-5 N: Median N (C8, T1) F: - flexes proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints and metacarpophalangeal joint (MCP) of digits 2-5 - flexes wrist

- flexes distal interphalangeal (DIP) joints and metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints of digits 2-5
