What are the 3 levels of managers and what types of skills do each require
A
- Top level = organisation-wide decisions + est. goals and plans that affect the entire org. REQUIRE CONCEPTUAL skills (self-work)
- Middle = management b/w top level and first-line of org. REQUIRES HUMAN SKILLS (positive/build connection)
- First-line = manage the work of non-managerial employees REQUIRES TECHNICAL SKILLS (practical work)
