The Finance Manager
reviews and assesses the financial records and processes related to the event. Their role is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with accounting standards. They may also provide recommendations for improving financial practices
The Auditor

GDM also create the magazine documentation of the event.

The Marketing Manager
oversees the registration process for attendees. This includes managing online registration systems, processing registrations, handling inquiries, creates and ensures that there is an evaluation report after the event and ensuring a smooth check-in process at the event. They ensure that all attendee information is accurately collected and maintained
The Registration Manager
handles all technical aspects of the event, including audio-visual equipment, lighting, and technical support. They ensure that all technical systems are set up and functioning properly, and they troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event.
The Technical Manager
coordinates the logistics of the event, including transportation, accommodation, and venue setup. They ensure that all logistical elements are in place and functioning smoothly, and they manage the movement of goods and people related to the event.
The Logistic Manager
is responsible for maintaining records and documentation related to the event. This includes preparing reports, taking minutes during meetings, and ensuring that all important documents are organized and accessible. Documentation manager also prepare the narrative report of the event.
