Q

What is COREPOINT

A

A partnership of research centres, LA and coastal networks from Belgium, France, Ireland, Netherlands and UK. The COREPOINT (2004-2008) was funded by INTERREG programme, sought to strengthen links between researchers and policy makers to help orientate relevant research towards problem solving at the local level. L

COREPOINT tests EU projects by understanding the extent of national, sub nation implementation of ICZM and a means to assess whether progress is leading to improved sustainability in the coastal zone.
