1-Ethanol 40% PO/NGT ( three shots ) followed by one /hr : displaces breakdown of toxic alcohol aim BAL 0.1-0.15

2- Intubation and hyperventilation airway protection and CV protection

3- Hemodialysis /hemofiltration/RRT : definitive Mx for EG elimination
