During your Mx , she developed tonic-clonic seizure , List 4 conditions that should be excluded ?

1-Bhcg 2- underlying seizure disorder 3- Alcohol withdrawal 4- ICH 5- Metabolic : hypoglycemia , hyponatremia 6- sepsis

A
1- AC ( early presentation , if ingestion <50 mg/kg ) but if >50mg/kg then intubated and AC
2- MADC ( BS present before given it )
3- ECMO ( prolonged coma >48/24 , HD instability
