1-AC ( if < 1 hr )
2-Digoxin immune fab :
unknown dose : 5 amp
lethal dose : 10 amp , 5 amp every 30 min
cardiac arrest : 20amp + CPR > 30 min
3- For complications ;
a- High K :NaHCO3 8.4% 1mmol/kg IV bolus +insulin/D ( 10 units +50 ml of 50% D )
b- AV block : atropine 600 mcg , max 1.8 mg IV aim HR >60
c- ventricular arrhythmias ; lignocaine 1mg/kg IV bolus
