Stage 1: Log the complaint and send it to service manager to investigate. Full response 10 days - If not satisfied escalate to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Service director to investigate within 15 days - If they can clearly explain why they are not happy with the response escalate to Stage 3
Stage 3: Chief Executive investigation within 20 days.
