a person/people offering goods/service to others with aim to make profit
for osteopaths = offering service to clients in return for them paying a fee
what is ethics
moral principles governing a persons behaviour, being positive ie telling the truth, being with integrity etc
what is business ethics
Behavious that a business adheres to in its daily dealings with the world
to some its bottom line making a profit which itself isnt wrong but more about the manner in which their do it
Advantages of businesses who behave ethically
Reputation
standing out
individual morals
customer trust/loyalty
investor confidence
public acceptance
good marketing
Disadvantages for businesses who behave ethically
Decreased profit with high costs
public and society views changing - trends
