Permission from participants to use them and their data in your study (must inform them of anything that may affect willingness to participate)

State four main methods to meet informed consent guildlines

A

1) Retrospective- Pps can withdraw their data (even after payment)

2) Presumptive- Ask a similar group of people and assess if pps would consent to take part.

3) Prior General- Agree to take part in a study where they might be deceived.

4) Right to withdraw
