Hr is alot about business:
They know what the business needs to be successful. Have a good understanding of their objectives.
They literally help make the jobs and find the right people to fit those jobs. The company can not go forward without having employees. And hr is like a mediator between the business itself and the people, and I think they should have a good understanding of both.
Why HR should not categorized as people who “like working or are good with people?”
HR is more than having interpersonal skills. They are very strategic people with good problem solving ability when it comes to the workforce.
They have an in depth understanding of labour laws and know alot about the organizational dynamics.

Why HR is not focus to Protect the Business Against Lawsuits (Compliance)?
While compliance is an essential aspect of HR, limiting its role to this function oversimplifies its broader contributions. HR professionals actively engage in creating and maintaining policies that ensure fair treatment of employees. This not only protects the business legally but also enhances its reputation. By fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior, HR reduces the risk of legal issues and contributes to the overall well-being of the organization.
