Evaluate the factors that play a significant part in causing life expectancy to vary within a country

Intro- life expectancy gap increasing due to increased inequality
P1- ethnicity and indigenous groups. Ethnic enclaves in the UK
P2- lifestyle- Smoking, obesity, fruit and veg purchasing, as well as occupation - Aboriginal v non and skilled worker in UK vs non
P3- gender- reveals more about territory although women will always live slightly longer (unless looking at Afghanistan)
P4- Healthcare systems- more equality in life expectancy in UK than America due to nationalized v privatized
Conclusion- Ethnicity shows the greatest difference, but lifestyle highlights difference among greatest number of people. All points to standards of living which is a contribution of many factors, so deciding on one factor is very hard
