Eschatology and the ressurection
At the end of time, Jesus will return
to earth to judge us. Those who are dead will be ressurected. “He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead” - Nicene creed
“I look forward to the ressurection of the dead and the life of the world to come” - Nicene creed
St Paul’s letter about resurrection
—1 Corinthian 15
Jesus must have been raised from the dead, otherwise our faith is useless.
Through jesus’ ressurection we are saved.
