Q

The Annunciation [Luke 1: 2-38]

A

The annunciation is when Mary was informed by the
Angel Gabriel that Jesus would be born.
It shows that the birth of Jesus was sacred, and more
important than any other birth. In this passage Mary is
informed that Jesus will be “Son of the Most high.”
It ks shown that he is god because, “His kingdom will
have no end”

Q

Virgin Birth [Matthew 1: 18-24]

A

Mary bears Jesus in her womb, despite the biological issue
that she is a virgin.
Nobody else has ever been born without both a woman and
a man. Only Jesus has been born from Mary (who carried
him in jer womb) and the holy spirit (who gifted Jesus to
Mary.)
And so Joseph is only the adoptive father of Christ. He is
told by “an angel of the lord” to love Jesus as his son ans to
take Mary as his wife
