Early: flu like symptoms and LAD

early disseminated: Bell’s palsy, arthralgias, AV block, iritis

Chronic: arthritis, encephalopathy, acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans (chronic sclerosing dermatitis)

A

Doxycycline 100mg bid x 2 weeks

  • if pregnant or < 8 then amoxicillin
