clinical presentation of erythema annulare centrifugum:
A
starts as pink papule→erythematous annular lesions that migrate centrifugally (up to 6cm in 2 weeks)
- trailing scale
- most commonly on thighs/hips

Histopathology of erythema annulare centrifugum:
A
mild spongiosis, focal PK
- perivascular lymphohistiocytic infiltration with coat sleeve appearance around vessels (very dense, tightly hugging vessels)

Treatment and prognosis of erythema annulare centrifugum:
A
Treat underlying infection if present, or topical steroids
- lesions last days to months
