A

starts as pink papule→erythematous annular lesions that migrate centrifugally (up to 6cm in 2 weeks)

  • trailing scale
  • most commonly on thighs/hips

A

mild spongiosis, focal PK

  • perivascular lymphohistiocytic infiltration with coat sleeve appearance around vessels (very dense, tightly hugging vessels)

Treat underlying infection if present, or topical steroids
