What is Equality in the Health and social care environment?
Equality is about treating people alike according to their needs
What is Diversity?
Diversity means respecting the distinction between people and behaving well towards people’s worth, trust, cultures and way of life with esteem and respect.
How can diversity make a difference in your workplace?
Diversity in health care helps ensure all backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities, and perspectives in the care environment are adequately represented.
What do the letters LGBT+ actually mean?
Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender \+ is every one else that questions their gender / sexuality
How do you be Inclusive?
Inclusive practices ensure that all individuals are included in all parts of life and are not discriminated against or ruled out because of unique differences. It includes approaches and attitudes to be taken to make sure that all individuals are included and not isolated.

What is Whistleblowing?
whistleblower, an individual who, without authorization, reveals private or classified information about an organization, usually related to wrongdoing or misconduct.
Describe safeguarding
Safeguarding means protecting a citizen’s health, wellbeing and human rights; enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect. It is an integral part of providing high-quality health care.
