If rucksack strap moves below knee make one attempt to replace it
If unsuccessful relax and maintain stable body position
If unable to maintain altitude awareness wave and pull off
Collision avoidance
Lower jumper has right away
Jumpers must never get over a jumpers back
Use forward movement or side slide to avoid getting over another jumpers back
Lost or loose goggles
Make one attempt to replace them
If unsuccessful squint eyes and continue free fall as planned

Altimeter failure/lost altimeter
