What are management objectives?
An aspect is already being successfully managed, or where improved performance is not currently feasible’
What are improvement objectives?
Core of EMS
May apply to areas where the org is a required or has decided to improve management of its environmental aspects. Such objectives demonstrate that environmental performance is being continually improved
What is the difference between an objective and a target?
Objective: broad statement
Target: specific, numbers (must give baselines etc)
