2) factories
3) nuclear power plants (not regulated under Nuclear waste policy act)
Nuclear waste policy act
creates plan to dispose of highly radioactive nuclear waste
Example of Federal government require compliance with the Clean Air Act include
requiring manufactures to recall vehicles that violate emission standards
The clean are act allows
citizens to sue violators to enforce complaince
The EPA
helps federal government with national environment policy.
It does not help with citizens lawsuits
