Deep dish chicken pot pie
Pulled leg meat with Shoepeg corn, green peas, pearl onions, diced celery, Yukon potatoes and carrots in a velouté chicken cream broth topped with Phyllo dough and egg white then baked.
Broth - butter celery, onions, leeks, garlic, fennel, basil, bay leaves, pepper, white wine, and cream.

Tilapia fillet crusted in almonds, bread crumbs, and flour, pan sautéed and finished with 3 21/25 shrimp and herb butter sauce
Served with Anson mill grits and mixed beans
