Entrees - Oven Roasted King Salmon
8oz of New Zealand wild king salmon. Maple soy glaze (brown sugar, maple syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, Dijon mustard, garlic) served with cauliflower puree (cauliflower, milk, butter, salt and white pepper) served with sauteed broccolini.
Entrees - Maine Diver Scallops
4 U-10 Maine Diver Scallops sautéed in garlic butter. The scallops are on a bed of sweet corn risotto (risotto, sweet yellow corn, chicken stock, white wine, parsley, thyme, butter, cream, salt and pepper) finished with a garlic cream sauce and garnished with seasonal micro greens.
Entrees - Whole Roasted Branzino
10 to 12 oz whole branzino (head off) seasoned inside and out and stuffed with Scallop Mousse (scallops, shallot, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, heavy cream). The fish is roasted until mousse is fully cooked throughout. Branzino is placed on a square plate and finished with a brown butter almondine sauce (sliced almonds, lemon juice, fresh parsley and whole butter that has been browned) and green beans.
Entrees - Pesto Crusted Mahi Mahi
8 oz fillet with a crust of basil pesto and then oven roasted. Served on a bed of Orzo basil pasta, sauteed tomatoes, white wine, sliced garlic, shallots, and chili flakes.
Entrees - Cauliflower Steak
Vegetarian/Vegan Large cauliflower steak cut from the center of the head. Seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil. roasted until tender and crispy the edges and slightly charred. Finished on the plate with fresh chimichurri sauce (parsley, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, chili flake, vinegar) and a sauce of toasted garlic, butter and fresh herbs.
Entrees - Beer Brined Double Cut Pork Chop
16 oz double cut Kurobuta Pork chop, brined in a mixture of brown ale, salt, brown sugar, garlic and rosemary for 4 hours. Grilled over an open flame and finished in the oven. Served with a side of Cider apple mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Herb seasoned half chicken (sage, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper) served with garlic and rosemary fingerling potatoes and sauteed broccolini, with herb gravy (chicken stock, celery, carrots, onions, thyme, sage, rosemary, butter, flour, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

8oz filet Rubbed with Palmer’s Signature Steak Rub (white pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, corn starch) broiled to desired temperature, brushed with clarified butter and served with house demi-glace (veal stock, red wine, thyme, garlic, shallots, whole butter), roasted garlic and rosemary fingerling potatoes and arugula with lemon vinaigrette.

8oz individual loaf (Ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, marinara, oregano, garlic fresh parsley, cheddar, parmesan) glazed with a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, baked to order. Served with mushroom gravy and French Green Beans.

USDA Prime slow roasted whole with steak spice rub (white pepper, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, corn starch) and sliced to order. Served with creamy horseradish, au jus, and parmesan garlic potato puree.
