Can use topical steroids but care if use for a while can lead to REBOUN rhinitis (rhinitis medicamentosa

consequence of using topical steroids for alleric rhinitis too long-
improvement of sx initially (steroid relief) then relapse with worse rhinitis- medicamentaosa
